Samantha has delivered excellent quality and customer service every time! She was extremely responsive to all her emails and was able to coordinate everything through email which was extremely helpful. My husband and I married on April 10, 2021, at Whispering Oaks in Valley View. Let me start off with, my husband absolutely hates coconut due to the texture, so you can imagine my surprise when he chose Italian Cream for his groom's cake.  Upon finding out there was coconut in the cake, he asked if we could take the coconut out in which Samantha was more than happy to do. Our wedding cake was a traditional white cake with a cream cheese frosting. I had a specific design in mind for the groom's cake, and Samantha executed it flawlessly!
